Comfort inserts care instructions:
Care of your new Dr. Comfort insert is very important in maintaining healthy feet. We recommend daily inspection of your inserts. Remove any little rocks and also check stains or other debris that may have been left behind, as some people may not be able to feel their feet as well as others and could be signs of an ulceration or open wound.

Follow these 4 easy steps:
(1) Remove insert from your shoe and check the shoe for any debris that may have collected in your shoe.
(2) Inspect both inserts for any stains or markings that may cause pressure on your foot.
(3) Clean with a mild soap, warm water and gently scrub with a white terry cloth. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. DO NOT PUT NEAR ANY HEAT. Let them sit overnight and air dry.
(4) Alcohol pads or hand sanitizer can also be used to wipe down the top cover of the inserts.
